Saskia Alexandra Siegmund

Saskia is a cofounder of clover law and advises private individuals, startups and mid-sized companies in all aspects of business law. In company law, she supports entrepreneurs, shareholders and executives, in matters ranging from founding a new company to conflict situations such as shareholder disputes.
Her other focus is in the field of intellectual property, in particular trademark and competition law. Her clients include companies, publishers, agencies and individuals in film, television and other sectors of the entertainment industry.
Saskia studied jurisprudence at Humboldt Universität zu Berlin with a focus on intangible property rights and IP. As part of her legal clerkship at the Berlin State Supreme Court, she completed her elective stage at Sony Music in Munich. Since 2019 she has been working as an associate at IRLE MOSER Rechtsanwälte in Berlin.
