Saskia is a cofounder of clover law and advises private individuals, startups and mid-sized companies in all aspects of business law. In company law, she supports entrepreneurs, shareholders and executives, in matters ranging from founding a new company to conflict situations such as shareholder disputes.

Saskia has been a certified specialist lawyer in commercial and corporate law since 2023.

Saskia studied jurisprudence at Humboldt Universität zu Berlin with a focus on intangible property rights and IP. As part of her legal clerkship at the Berlin State Supreme Court, she completed her elective stage at Sony Music in Munich. Since 2019 she has been working as an associate at IRLE MOSER Rechtsanwälte in Berlin. In May 2020, she founded the law firm clover law together with Kristian.
